Every new account starts with 10 credits, enough for several image runs on your own products. There is no trial timer and no card. Video generation needs paid credits; the free credits cover the image tools. When they run out, subscribe to a monthly plan or buy any one-time amount from $5 to $2,000.

A credit is the unit every tool charges in. Most image tools cost a few credits per run and video tools cost more; the exact number sits on each tool page and on the button before you generate. Every tool draws from the same balance, and a run that fails is refunded.

Most physical products: apparel, skincare and cosmetics, jewelry, home goods, footwear, accessories, food and beverage packaging, electronics. If the product has a consistent shape, color and label in your source photo, the tools can generate scenes, creator-style photos, video, persona shots and try-on imagery for it. Reflective glass and very fine mesh are the hardest cases; test one photo before committing a catalog.

No. The people in UGC, persona and try-on results are generated, not customers or hired models, and every one of them is an adult. MotionArt does not generate imagery depicting minors under any circumstance. When a tool takes a photo of a real person, that person must be an adult who agreed to it.

No. The tools work from the product photos you already have, including flat-lay or white-background shots taken on a phone. Even lighting and a plain background give the best result; studio equipment is not required.

Yes. Every plan includes commercial usage rights on what you generate: listings, ads, social posts and marketplaces. You are responsible for holding the rights to whatever you upload, including photos of people.

Yes. Every plan is a monthly subscription you can cancel or change from the Billing page in the app; "Manage subscription" opens a self-serve portal. Credits already on your balance stay yours, and a one-time credit pack is available at any time without a plan.

Your images are sent over an encrypted connection to the AI providers MotionArt uses to generate content, and the results are stored temporarily so you can review and download them. The privacy policy lists every processor and the retention timelines.
